Mr. John Parker started with PHLY in 2014 as an Assistant Vice President and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. Over the past ten years, he served as a leader in the Claims division, helping the department achieve an 'Excellent' Net Promoter Score rating. While overseeing general liability claims, he has provided training on various topics, managed relationships with several key accounts, and served as a liaison with other departments at PHLY.

Since starting his career in the insurance industry in 1992, Mr. Parker has helped build and manage claims operations at insurance carriers across the country. His leadership has ensured quality service delivery and technical claim handling involving general liability, human services professional liability, and abusive conduct policies.

He graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in business administration and holds insurance designations, including CPCU and AIC.
