Executive Vice President & Chief Strategic Operations Officer

Bob has spent his entire career with PHLY. Starting as a Marketing Representative in 1986, he was promoted to Regional Vice President of the North Central region in 1998 and then Senior Vice President of the Midwest Territory in 2006. On January 1, 2020, he assumed responsibility as the SVP of Marketing for the Eastern Territory.

Bob graduated from North Central College in 1986 with a BA in Business Management. He holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designations. He is a native of the Chicago area and currently resides there with his wife Judi. They have been married for 30 years and have three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys running, biking, playing golf, and boating.
