Gillingham & Associates offers expanded insurance coverage for classes of business that used to be hard for outdoor recreation businesses to insure. We are pleased to offer coverage for the additional exposures and operations:

  • Rock Climbing (up to 150’)
  • Climbing walls
  • Ropes and challenge courses (team building)

• Equipment rental exposures:

  • Jet skis, sea doos, wave runners
  • Bikes
  • Cross country skis
  • Surfing and snorkeling

• Campground Related Activities / Exposures:

  • On premise unsupervised trails (horse, ATV, snowmobile)
  • On-site activities (paintball, go-kart track, waterslides, etc.)

• Special Events / Activities:

  • Fishing tournaments
  • Shooting events (trap shoots, dove hunts, turkey shoots)
  • Cattle drives
  • Corn mazes
  • Agri-tourism

• Other Activities / Exposures:

  • Youth camps

  • Amusement devices (as part of an eligible package account)
  • Land leased to others for recreational use - Hunt Clubs
