From Aspen to the Adirondacks, resorts are dedicated to serving guests looking to partake in on-site or local recreational activities while enjoying a first-class resort experience. Destination resorts are typically rural in nature and guests visit to partake in your resort’s recreational activities or activities in the surrounding area (national parks, rivers and lakes or winter sports). Most guests stay for 3 days or more.
In addition to horseback riding, shooting sports and boating activities, we expect the resort may have its own golf course, tennis facility or marina. As with all of our specialty programs, our ability to insure the recreational guest liability exposures is unsurpassed.
Benefits of the Program
Resorts of this nature often have significant property values, frame construction that is unprotected. Your lodge may be equipped with a commercial kitchen(s) and conference center. Large auto schedules may include buses and vans used to transport guests.
