PHLY Environmental ProductsPHLY’s Premises Environmental Coverage (PEC) protects insureds from claims for bodily injury and property damage, and from remediation expenses associated with the release of contaminants into the environment. PHLY will consider any class of business for this coverage including: agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, habitational, chemical, Brownfields development, municipal and other risks.
