  • Completed and signed Philadelphia Insurance Companies Museum Supplemental Application
  • Currently valued company loss runs for this policy period plus three year's prior
  • Financial Statement
  • Schedule of Collections
  • Recent Appraisal for historic buildings and/or collections
  • Statement of Values (for blanket and/or agreed value)

Accident Insurance

Excess Accident Medical Expense coverage is available for Museum accounts. This highly recommended coverage is available through a partnership between PHLY and Special Markets Insurance Consultants, Inc.
