How do I get started using Phly.com?
Philadelphia Insurance Companies is proud to announce the ability for Agents and Insured to use individual logins for access to Phly.com. To sign up you'll need to fill out the new user sign up form. If the information you enter matches our records your account will be automatically activated with the username and password of your choice.
How do I reset my password?
The new Phly.com allows self password maintenance. Just click the I forgot my password link on the Log In page and submit your user ID. An email with a new temporary password will be sent to the email account you signed up with. If you are no longer using that email account please contact our Customer Support Team at 877-438-7459 for assistance.
Where can I get detailed training documents for Phly.com?
There are 2 versions of documents available, one is for agents, and one is for insureds.
Why don't all of my policies appear when I attempt inquiries?
Generally, when random policies do not appear in one of the inquiry systems it means that your user ID may not be tied to all the agency producer codes that are assigned to your agency. Please contact our Customer Support Team to identify if you have the appropriate producer codes tied to your ID.
Do you have any browser requirements?
The new Phly.com was built with the base resolution of 1024x768. It may be necessary for you to adjust your screen resolution so all pages fit on a single screen. We also recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6.0+, or Firefox 3.0 for the best viewing experience.
Why can't I save the PDF Applications?
The PDF forms were created with new technology from Acrobat. Thus to be able to save any of the Philadelphia Insurance Companies applications you must have Acrobat Reader 7 or Higher. It can be downloaded free from Adobe.

How do I pay my bills online?
To pay your bills online you would need a user id and password to
access our website. If you don't have a user id please create one by
visiting
https://www.phly.com/myphly/newuser.aspx.
If you have a user id, please login and click on "Make a Payment"
link and enter the necessary information to pay your bills.
Philadelphia Insurance Companies accepts electronic checks
(a debit from your checking or savings account) as a method of
payment. Payments made before 3 PM EST will be posted to the
account that day. Payments after 3 PM will be posted the next day.
This service is offered free of charge.
